The reason to hold this event is because the drugs become more exist in teenagers’ life. But, the existence of drugs is not in the right way. It even can destroy teenagers’ life. How can? Before I explain it, I want define what drug is first.

Australasian debate has three debaters on each team, and two teams in each debate, called the "affirmative" and the "negative." Each side gets three constructive speeches, one for each speaker, alternating between the two teams. Constructive speeches are usually seven minutes long, although the exact time can vary from tournament to tournament. Some, but not all, tournaments also give each team one rebuttal, called a reply speech, starting with the negative. There are no points of order, personal privilege or information.

In Australasian debate, more than in other format, each speech has particular responsibilities, and adjudicators specifically examine if these responsibilities are met. This is called "method," and it is the deciding factor in many debates.

    Singapore
Singapore is a beautiful country just off the coast of the Malay Peninsula. What is strange is that the capital city is also called Singapore. It is a lovely city built on a pretty harbor. Over 40.000 ships pass through Singapore each year. Approximately 3 million people live on this tiny island which is only 616 square kilometers in area. Most of these people are Chinese; however, Indians, Malays, Portuguese and Europeans also make up the population. The  main income for Singapore comes from commerce and manufacturing. Tourism is also very important to the economy and there are some really good hotels to stay in.

A modem is an electronic device, attached to a computer, that allows the transfer of data. Modem stands for MODulator-DEModulator.
Data can be transferred two ways using a modem. Data is sent is called uploading. Data when received is called downloading. There are various speeds of modems including 14.4, 28.8, and 33.2 baud. The lower the baud, the slower the speed of the modem to transfer data.
